Returns and Refunds
are returned unworn, unused, and undamaged, in original condition, with original packaging, within 14 days of delivery and are not on sale, final sale, sold as is, or otherwise marked as non-returnable.
RETURNS
We, at Ornamental Stone LLC / DBA Fashion Without Trashin, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unworn, unused, and undamaged purchases, in their original condition, with all original packaging, that were not purchased on sale, final sale, as is, or otherwise deemed non-returnable may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. If you want to return an item, submit a request through our online chat.
A return shipping label will not be provided by Ornamental Stone LLC / DBA Fashion Without Trashin. Ornamental Stone LLC DBA Fashion Without Trashin is not responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged returns. Safely returning your purchase is the purchaser's sole responsibility.
We do not offer Free Return Shipping on International Orders, international orders must abide by the same 14 day return window. Any fees, taxes, tariffs etc incurred by Fashion Without Trashin for the return will be recouped from return amount.
Please include the original packaging. Once we receive the package, we will issue the refund in within 7 business days.
Outbound Shipping fees (for products sent to you) are non-refundable.
Your refund will be applied to your original form of payment.
Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the credit to your account once they have received this information.
Ornamental Stone LLC / DBA Fashion Without Trashin will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our facility worn, used, or damaged in any way, past the 14 day return window, sale items, final sale items, or items sold as is.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS
If your items arrived damaged, we will work with you to resolve this issue.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Please keep all damaged packaging materials, including the box and all inside contents.
Ornamental Stone LLC / DBA Fashion Without Trashin will note the issue with the carrier in order to file a damage claim. Damage claims will aid in the refund and replacement of your item by the carrier. Packaging materials must be kept or we will be unable to process a damage claim with the carrier.
Claims must be reported immediately by messaging through our online chat. Please provide images of the damaged products. Claims received after 3 business days of delivery will not be processed.
