Ornamental Stone LLC / DBA Fashion Without Trashin guarantees a full refund on all regularly priced items (minus outbound shipping fees) as long as they
are returned unworn, unused, and undamaged, in original condition, with original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
**Worn, used, damaged items and/or items without original packaging cannot be accepted for a refund.** ***Items marked as Sale, Final Sale, As Is, or are a non returnable category including: undergarments, swim, jewelry, shoes, beauty, Designer, etc may not be returned.***

 

RETURNS

We, at Ornamental Stone LLC / DBA Fashion Without Trashin, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unworn, unused, and undamaged purchases, in its original condition, with all original packaging, may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. If you want to return an item, just let us know at Jade@fashionwithouttrashin.com.

Return shipping label will not be provided byOrnamental Stone LLC / DBA Fashion Without Trashin.

We do not offer Free Return Shipping on International Orders.

Please include the original packaging. Once we receive the package, we will issue the refund in within 7 business days.

Outbound Shipping fees (for products sent to you) are non-refundable.

Your refund will be applied in your original form of payment.

Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the credit to your account once they have received this information.

Ornamental Stone LLC / DBA Fashion Without Trashin will not issue refunds for items that arrive to our facility worn, used, or damaged in any way.


DAMAGES / DEFECTS

If your items arrived damaged, we will work with you to resolve this issue.

Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Please keep all damaged packaging materials, including the box and all inside contents.

Ornamental Stone LLC / DBA Fashion Without Trashin will note the issue with the carrier in order to file a damage claim. Damage claims will aid in the refund and replacement of your item by the carrier. Packaging materials must be kept or we will be unable to process a damage claim with the carrier.

Claims must be reported immediately by emailing us at info@fashionwithouttrashin.com. Please provide images of the damaged products. Claims received after 3 business days of delivery will not be processed.
